Get a free roof inspection and written estimate

Free means free. There is no charge for the inspection, no obligation to hire us, and no pressure pitch at the kitchen table. Fill out the form below or call 801-876-6388 and we will get on the schedule.

What happens after you submit this form

We call or text you back to confirm a time that works, usually the same or next business day. On site we inspect the roof surface, valleys, flashings, pipe boots, vents, gutters, soffit, fascia, and visible siding, then take photos of anything that matters so you can see it without climbing a ladder. If there is attic access, we check the underside of the deck for staining, daylight, and moisture, because that is where a slow leak shows up first.

You get a written estimate within 24-48 hours in almost every case. It lists the scope, the materials, and the price, and it separates work that needs doing now from work that can reasonably wait. If your roof does not need replacement, we will say so and quote the repair instead. If storm damage is involved, we document it in a format your insurance carrier can use and assist you every step of the way through the claim.

Bring these details if you have them

  • Roughly how old the roof is, and whether it has been replaced or recovered before.
  • Where you have seen a leak, stain, or drip, and whether it only happens in certain weather.
  • Whether there is an open insurance claim and the date of the storm, if you know it.
  • Any HOA requirements on shingle color or material.

None of it is required. If all you know is that something looks wrong up there, that is enough to start.

What is included in every project

Deck inspection with replacement of soft or delaminated sheathing, quality synthetic underlayment, new flashing and pipe boots rather than reused ones, balanced attic ventilation, daily magnet sweeps of the yard and driveway, a final walkthrough with you, and a 5 year warranty on all workmanship. We are locally and privately owned and we serve the entire State of Utah.
