Derrick was amazing to work with. He was quick to be there for us if we had any questions and was very knowledgeable and kind. He made the process of getting a new roof for our home go so smoothly. We appreciate all he did for us, and we will definitely be using Derrick if we need any of his services in the future.
Was great to work with, kept us informed on status of work and all the processes that had to be followed to meet city requirements. Crew showed up when expected and were great to work with and kept the work environment clear and cleaned up after. Derrick is also very personable and made the whole process go amazingly well. A roof replacement produces a surprising amount of debris and nails, so we tarp landscaping and run a magnet sweep of the yard and driveway at the end of every working day and again at the final walkthrough. The third is that the final invoice matched the written estimate. Change orders happen when we open a deck and find rot, but they are explained, photographed, and approved before anyone swings a hammer.
